How fast do parrot fish grow? Any way to speed up their growth?

mine went from 1 to about 4 inches in a couple moths but now there growth rate has slowed alot

not really a fast grower.

i'm sure healthy diet, clean water and warm temperature will ensure optimal growth. don't get any ideas to inject steriods or anything.
