i don't know what kind. i see alot of particles. it makes the water cloudy

You need more mechanical filtration or clean what you have now.
What size tank, filter, and stock?

I'm guessing a photo would be too much to ask, but as Kawamikie pointed out a little more info about your setup and stock might be helpful.
Did this problem just start or is it a general info question ?

is it poop, bubbles, or what? maybe you need to boost your mech filtration.
