Hello every one so I am building a fludized bed filter for k1 is going to be in a 40 gallon breeder I just cut the acrylic today for every piece for the inside. I need to figure out the flow through. It will be between 12 and 1300 gph. I was goin by each 7/16th hole flow about 10 gph. Does not seem right thow to have to drill 130 7/16th holes in each divider to flow 1300 gph. Thought? comment? advice? experience on how many holes will be needed. the 7/16 bit is to big for the K1 so I Have a 1/4 acrylic bit on order is what I will be using. So any idea on how many 1/4" holes need to be drilled in each divider for 1300 gph or how to calculate this thanks. will post pics and a build thread once I have the holes drilled and it all installed
