Ok, I threw a few noodles in my tank, and the Jaguar cat loved them!!! Now the Africans are loving them too!!! Any drawbacks to feeding fish Pasta????

its just straight carbs im not sure why thats bad i live on straight carbs with no ill effects as of yet.

Yes...once you start feeding them pasta they hang out on street corners and form gangs....Then one day you'll forget to feed them and wake up with your cat's head in bed with you...

It's good energy food, I doubt it has a lot of nutrition though. I'd stick to Hikari or Omega One.

I wouldn't think there would be very much nutrition in it but it might fatten them up.

I'd make sure you cook it first. Pasta will expand in the stomach over time if not cooked and that would be very bad.

I know the starch converts to straight fat in fish. I would say use it as a little treat unless you want to pay for a triple bypass on your fish LOL.

I'd make sure you cook it first. Pasta will expand in the stomach over time if not cooked and that would be very bad.

LOL! It was cooked, leftovers in the strainer.
