payara care?

well can anyone offer care on payara im want to get one when i make my 600 gallon tank and was woundering if that was a suficent tank size dimentions are 10 by 4 by 3 and i know they need live food but what else they need?

I've heard its extremely hard to grow them to more than 10" in a home environment. I was looking into getting some but i shyd away after reading about their difficult care

im gonna try and keep them as i can get them for $30 at my lfs so why not just like some info on them

All I know is what I have seen, never kept them. They need lots of room and a strong current flow, great filtration, and a high O2 level as well as large ammounts of live feeders.
