payara dilemma

lookin for opinions

gotta say this long story so you are fully with me.lol

got 2 payaras,scombs
they been in a 55g with hob 4ever
they have always been with tankmates
started out with 2 baracudas as tankmates
one died and i replaced him with a pbass.
pbass picked on the p's so he is in my 240 now.
the one cuda i moved to my 90g.
in the 90 there is a cuda and 2 senegal bichirs.
moved the cuda so the p's had no tankmates.
well only a day in,the p's are fighting with each other more then with tankmates.

so with that said,
should i move the p's to the 90 so they have,

a. more room
b. tankmates to distract them
c. better filter
???

do what you think is right..
ive noticed they will fight a bit with less tankmates.
maybe you can add a dither or something.
or you can just move tem to the 90.

but im sure the bigger tank and better filter has to be better for them right?lol

of course itd be better.
but if there are aggressive tankmates then itd be a bad idea.

only mean one is the cuda.
and he was in the 55 with them before.
but now he thinks he is king of the 90 and might pick on them.not sure.
just figured i would get some opinions on it.

in my experience with scombs, the less and more calm tankmates the better. a bigger tank would deff help. i dont think u will have any problems w the tankmates u listed. i would put in the bigger tank. (my opinion)

just remember they dont like to be bothered. as long as they are calm and comfortable, you'll be ok. also top notch water conditions. keep them healthy and see how big u can get them to grow.

if any tankmates bother them too much remove the tankmates.
