mine has grown maybe an inch in 2+ months, but I was starving it quite a bit trying to get it off of live
getting off live? if so, yes. ate some fish filet pieces yesterday...i've been trying since I got it. mine is a tat, though. i am unsure of the normal growth rate of all of them, but they're usually not very fast growers except for what i've heard about growth spurts in armatus.eyehatedave;1686788; said:
I wouldn't expect anything more than 1/2 in per month if its eating regularly. Diet will play a huge part. Their growth rate on live food is a lot more than on non live.
Good luck with it.......Scombs left me with bitter feelings. Raised a pair from about 2.5 inches to 7 only to have them both kick it for no apparent reason. If you have the option definetly go with a Tat.

my scombs grew like 0.5 inches every 2 mths when on live.
then 0.5 inches every 3 - 4 mths when i got them off live.
they grow very slow.
get tats.
grow slow but much cooler.
