Hey guys I just got this pay and bought him as a tat. But now I'm not sure if it's a tat or armatus. What's everyone think?

I just noticed that my post went through....after looking more closely at the photo I leaned towards the fish being a tat and I didn't realize that I had submitted the post.
I agree on both points,tat and more/better photos.
