Payara ID please

This is a couple weeks old but I was wondering if anyone could give me a definite ID on what type of Payara he is so I can know how big he'll get.

hydrolycus scomberoid, i have 2 and they are kinda slow growing but still awsome. rumor is that they for some reason die around 12'', i hope to prove all them wrong. sweet pick up!

I dont know anyone that knows how to sex payara or breed them.
