Have a payara that just developed a bubble or lump under his one pectoral fin any help would be gret to know what this could be and how to treat

Looking to find out what it is and what I should treat it with if it's a parasite or bacterial infection
Really can’t tell what it is from the pics. Would watch it. Can try a round of paragaurd if really worries about it.
Doesn’t work for internal. More for external. To me it looked outside but can’t make it out in the pics.
Sorry for the late reply. If it’s still there I’d try watch it and see if it’s grown a bit. If not I’d try a round of triple sulfa and metro.
