Trying to use paypal to buy fish but seller won't finalize until address is confirmed on PP. Since bills are sent to P.O. Box, that's the address I have to enter in connection w/cc address. I also have a home address listed as alternative for all my "live" shipments.
Anyone run into the same problem? I successfully used other sellers w/no problems, this is new to me.
