I was scammed on ebay by a fraudulent seller. He's swindled many many people who have now contacted me since leaving a negative comment on the person's history. Paypal has refunded me only part of the money (less than half), and it's a large sum I don't want to lose. What should i do? I already paid my credit card bill, so I'm not sure if I can talk to the credit card company. Any help would be very appreciated

call your credit card company immediatly and they will put a hold on the money while it is in controversy for about 30-60 days ... i forget exactly..but they need to be notified.... hope it gets resolved for you... bad news it happened.

depends if PP is set up to his account or if its set up to a CC...
if its set up to a credit card they can keep it from being charged, or if its been charged they can go back on it and hold the charge. if its to an account then its up to PayPal and its comming straight from the bank.
