Paypal login problems.

Is anyone else getting a odd message if they try to login to paypal. that wants like all your personal info? I got it and I don't want to put my info in and they won't give me a number to call unless I give this info. I just worry this might be an elaborate scam. is anyone else having this problem?

I just got in two. I tried about 4 times and it kept giving me this odd message. once I left to come post here and then went back I got right in. IDK what that was but I didn't like it.

Weird. It does sound like some kind of scam.
