all three of my pbass are acting wierd. their rubbing their side agianst the gravel. any ideas, water permanter is ok, ph 7.6, Nit 0, Amo 0. oh theres some agression between all three, no one has the up end. could that be the cause? how would i stop the agression between them. just remodle the aquascape, and theres plenty of for them to hide.

thats called flashing, its an early sign of ich

Also:Lower the pH as 7.6 is a lil high, should be around 6-7.3. Keep the temp at 86 forever as that is the best temp for pbass... Lol. Also, do some reasearch on pbass. They should not get ich, ever, if kept in the right environment.

pbass get ich all the time. u can introduce it with new tankmates, etc. dont mess with ur pH too much its better to have a stable pH rather than having it unstable. ive heard of people keeping pbass in pH 8+

Got any pics of the fish in question?
It sounds like ich.. Post some pics up!

ive never had a new fish spread ich ever when my tanks had a high temp.
IME ich does not spread and disappears quickly in high temps.

i think the cause might be from the feeders. i want to get them off but their just too skittish now. they wont even eat unless i out of the site.

it is a parasite actually, might be ich but it could be flukes too.. most likey from your feeders. I would try to get yourself a better quality feeder.
