Hi I juz bought a new peacock bass from the LFS...its body shape looks diff....can anybody pls id it for me.... sorry my cam sucks...this is the best i can do....thx

Its hard to tell, I thought orino or ocell. But it would make it a lot clearer if it were in the water.

yup its in Indonesian...I picked this up among 50++ labeled as ocellaris juv...which of course i suspected are captive breed asian monos....This particular piece has a diff head shape..not as long & pointy as the regular monos....

Hopefully it will grow up to be an orino...

Id say occelaris, if his eye is red then it is.

Looks very similar to the Florida Hybrids at that size.

If you hadn't bought it at an LFS in Jakarta I would have thought it was a one of the Hybrids here.

The golden halo on the bars makes it look like a juvenile Orino which is very common to most of the hybrids here.
