Pbass and Flag tail

I dont have to much experience with P.Bass but I have a 10" mono and I tried to put my 5" flag tail in with him he went after him write away trying to tear him apart luckily I got him out in enough time but I imagine if they are all about the same size you shouldnt have any problems.
See pic. As long as the Flagtail is large enough to not be considered a meal it will be just fine. In the pic my Mono's around 13" at the time and my 10" flagtail.
Just keep in mind growth rate as well...Pbass will grow very quickly while Flag Tails grow pretty slow.
yeah, i would be concerned getting one that small. My flagtail and p-bass get along great. Mine grew really slow until about 5 inches and put on a few inches pretty quickly, but it has slowed down again. FF are one of my favorite fishbenzjamin13;3513905; said:

I got that one from 6 bar when it was like 3 or 4 inches. Those ones at golden are pretty small, aren't they? What are they asking? Pet Palace has ones that are like 4 or 5 inches sometimes. You might want to call then and check on their size(s) and price(s).
not a bad price, but you're going to have to grow them out separately once the bass start outgrowing it.
