Hi guys,
Last sunday i bought a Temensis Peacock bass, few min. ago i got him a partner, another pbass temensis:D
The eat krill and beefheart and are very healthy (atleast i think):D
They are alone in a 40g growout and will be going in a 100g growout in 2 months:)

In the future, will a 250g be enough for them both?

depending on the foot print of the tank it should work.

foot print? are you talking about width?

Yes, the foot print is the size of the base of the tank. Ideally for 2 temensis you would want something like an 8x4 foot base, but you might get away with 8x3.

u'll need a massive tank bro...tems get to 3 feet in length and love open waters...although u only have 2, u would need 10'x4'x3' to get max size n potential out or them...an 8'x4' would be ok tho..not for life however..

i was thinking of a L= 220cm W= 100cm H= 90cm
would that be ok for 1 of them?

listen to Opiate hes an experienced Pbass dude
and having Pbass in the past myself you need an big tank, if you cant get a tank that big, trade in your fish for Mono's or ocellies as they get 2/3 the overall size of Tem's, and iver never seen one over 22"

NO i would NEVER trade my Tems theyr adorrable:grinno:

TThanx Opitae:D
