I wanna build a peacock bass tank and I'm wondering what I will be needing as in the tank, filteration, etc. If anyone can give me tips to about these fish it will be helpful

i'd say get a tank with minimum dimensions of 72x30. filtration is up to you. canisters are easy, or you can go total DIY, or wet/dry.
the one in my avatar is in a 75g with an ornate birchir. he will go in my 120g here in about month. and my 72x36x25 is going to be delivered on the 26th but i am in no rush to set it up. i just got an apartment and i just got laid off.
what type of cichla are you planning on keeping and how many do you want? We need to start there before just spitting out a tank size.
