I'm stumped. I see orino traits but also see mono traits...sorry. They look like they're going to be amazing looking cichla though.

i say hybrids.
given they are from the same batch but all look so different.

I'm going to have to say orino's man, because mono's normally don't have those gold little spots on them, UNLESS their wild mono's.
