Pbass in a 265 gallon

Hey guys I just got my 265 cycled and lookin to get some new fish... I have always been a fan of the cichlas and was wondering if it would be humane to keep 3-4 peacocks in the tank? I know its probably been asked but i couldnt find a clear cut answer on this some say yes some say no.

I would say yes. But if you went for a smaller species you should be fine. What are the dimensions.

Tem's might be a little big for that tank eventually but your talking about years here...not months.

Yeah i would go with tems.

Tems get bigger but look much beter. Gof ro the speceis you like you'll have years to upgrade.

No tems I was thinkin Monoculus, or orinocensis from what I read these bass stay smaller than timensis and ocellaris. dimensions are 86x24x30 its a black perfecto. I was thinkin 3-5 Pbass and a florida gar or black or silver arowana but the arows are a big maybe and same goes for the gar. I just really want the fish to be comfey and not crowded.

a silver aro would be fine in that tank but I question the gar... Pbass and aros get along quite well in most cases as shown below.

I'd leave out the gar and go for bass and arowana. I'm, not really a gar fan.
