Today i put my 3 pbass in the big tank, i knew things wouldnt go so perfect but for most of hte day things were ok but tonight when i was going to turn off the lights i saw that one of the 3 pbass was barely swimming just floating around, so i figured it was the oscars that kept nipping at him, earlier when i put them in the tails got messed up a little on this one... so tonight i took the oscars out and now they are in there with just my pleco's do you think that he will survive now that he is alone? or if he is still this way in the morning is there anything i can do to get him back up and runnig? thanks

Sorry to hear that. He might be ok by morning, but if he's floating around that cant be good, and I dont think theres much you can do for him. I have found that my bass is rather timid when put in with other fish. He either gets pushed around by bossy fish or if the fish is small enough he pushes it around. Hopefully he will be ok. I wouldnt mix them with the oscars again. Oscars have a tendency to bully especially at feeding time.

well he wasnt "floating" liek dead.. but he was just chilling slanted near the bio wheel i guess cause earlier a fish took a few nips of his tail, but i took the oscars and other fish that i figured would bother him out and i just peeped in and he looks like hes ok, i hope hes fine tommorow maybe after some feeders he'll be ok ( i hope he last)
