Pbass are not really bass, they are a type of cichlid. So no, it is not possible without scientific intervention. As for sexing Im not sure but I believe males are more colorful.
ok thanks. the black bass laid her edds yesterday and both the black bass and the peacock are both guarding the eggs hevily.
you vent them to sex them. color varies with each fish and you can't determine male/female from that.
