i want to get some Pbass and was wondering if they do ok in hard water? i think my PH is about 7.8-8 sence it leaves a lot of hard water deposits on my glass and filters if it matters it well water, also anyone if jeranese catfish and dats would do ok?

the bass will be fine... though a Ph in the high 5's low 6's, I feel, brings out more color...
