Hi I recently bought 4 pbasses and the seller said they were orinos... I think they are but i wanna crosscheck it with your judgement. This is my first time raising peacock bass.. i have it in a 200 gallon tank with an 5 inch aro, two mature jaguars, and some cichlids.. that should be enough room when all my fish get bigger and mature right?

Oh just wondering how much would you have paid for them?:grinno::grinno:

You got some very nice orinos. And for tank size, a 200 gallon will last, but bigger is better. And it depends on where you are, but I would say around $30-$40 per.

definitely orinos. As far as price, i sold two of my rio meta orinos for $170 for two between 6-7 inches, and kept one pair.

(whats the genus of peacock bass that are most valued?)

Almost all wild cichla with stunning colors, and rarity.
