I have one mono (I think), and two tems.
Mono is 8-9" and just getting blue on it's tail with lots of spangles on the back half of it's body.
Tems are 4-5" and 5-6"

All are eating tilapia and shrimp, but the mono prefers tilapia. The tems eat everything!

I got the tems from a lfs. And I took them out of the water and measured them last month and they measured 4 1/4" and 5". I am pretty sure they have grown they eat like no other.
