Im getting my first Bass after an hour, hour and a half. They are supposed too be Cichla Ocellaris, if they are, they are the first and only ones in the whole country.:D

Ill try too update once a week w/pics:grinno:
I ordered:
2x Cichla Ocellaris
13x Glowlight tetras as food.
Also in the tank.
Few guppys
Few Swordtails
Banjo cat hiding in the sand
Also have a 15g tank full of swordtail fry as food also;)

They are 2", in a 100g tank, how many feeders should they eat per day if i just drop them all in there?
Or should i just give them x many feeders per day and keep all the feeders in another tank?

i would lose the glo tetras and use the one you have bred. Drop all of them in the tank. at that small, all the food they can get is good. but, IME, i would keep the them in a smaller tank, 1) easier to keep the temp @ 87f, 2) easier for them to catch the feeders, 3) easier to do water changes. And try to get them off of feeders as fast as you can.

i would feed them feeders first and then later once they are bigger than try weaning them off because right now they are very delicate. also i would put them in a smaller tank. first though i would try bloodworms than if they dont take it ill just stick with the feeders. u dont want to starve them at this age

Ok, has got him now, i think he's a Mono, also could be an Ocell, i will get pics up tomorrow.
+1 of them died in the shipment from America.
So i only have 1 bass, just makes him special and a survivor.

I would just worry about fattening them up until about 5 inches or so. Then you can start the converting process. It's much better to have healthy bass and convert with patience.:D JMO

I put him in a 20g. I measured him while moving him from the bag to the tank.
Lenght; 5cm/2"
Height; 2cm
Mouth Height 2cm
I will get some pics up as soon as he is eating and not so stressed. The tank is still warming up. its 80 FH and 27°

Could he be with a Paratilapia Polleni and a Green Texas if he is bigger than they and still not so big that he can eat them. Or are the too aggro texas and Polleni?

Thanks for the kind words Orinocrenis1.
