It's a paste so wetting out any sort of cloth would be difficult and it won't penetrate the wood very well. might be good for a concrete build but I'd use something else for plywood. It's a little pricey too, Max ACR which I've used as have a few others, costs less with shipping for 1.5 gallons than a gallon of PC-11.
