Pea puffer trouble

Rrrrgg. My two male pea puffers are harrassing my little spiny eel. I know it's recomended to have a species only tank, but i have heard of more benign pea puffers. So i'm going to return them.

But my little female puffer isn't causing any trouble. Will she get agressive if I remove the males?

She may or she might just have a better temperment. You just can never tell with puffers. Even after some time of not harassing anyone, she can turn on a fish overnight.
