ive got till monday to order from rapps my tank is cycled and ready, i was thinking possibly all med to large peaceful cichlids eartheaters, severums, blue acaras, and pike cichlids, go together possibly?

That's a whole lot of fish mass for a 75. What sorts of #'s are you thinking of? One of each? Pairs?
If it's just one of each, you'd be OK. I'd maybe skip the pike, though, and go with something smaller, like a pair of pelvicachromis pulcher. They'd give a nice dash of color to the tank.
