I have a very nice female Red Devil about 12 Inches long. I had her in a 55 for a while then temporarily in a 40 breader. I know, I know. So I moved her into my 220:headbang2.

In the 40 she would not even hurt the feeder fish. So I moved her into the 220 with a bunch of Yellow Labs and Red Zebras and Fronts. All is well. She quickly became the dominate fish but doesn't seam to be overly rough with anybody in there.

Should I worry. I have had her for about 6 months and she is full of Character.

I would keep my eye on her:popcorn: . Although different fish have different temperments they dont call them RD's for nothing.

yea keep a eye on her, because reddevils have a tendency to snap on other tankmates for no reason.samething happened to my poor ol oscar

Definaly...they had a red devil @ the LFS where i go, took out a muskie and an oscar in one night, dam they were pist.

the rd knows its the boss and as long as nobody questions that the fragile peace may stick keep her weal fed lol.

yeah its not uncommon to get a fairly peaceful aggressive fish they just all have there own personalitys..and stuff
