All is see is columbain wolf fish doesnt specific what species i havent got the wolf fish yet but they would be in a 20 gallon then would prolly transfer over to to maybe 70gallon or bigger

well I can tell you right off the bat that the bass and whichever species of wolf it is will outgrow a 70 in less than a year, so unless you plan on going like...250ish gallons I wouldn't even waste the money. Also there will most likely be serious aggression issues in a tank that small with those two species of fish.

Depends what type of wolf and what type of bass but none could live in a 70 gallon tank, my cichla went from around 2" to 5" in about a month and a half, they'd outgrow that tank in no time. They're powerful and fast too which means they need even more space.

They would fight to the death in a 20g, and they would fight to the death in a 70g. The key to that type of cohabitation working is space. I'm telling you from experience, I successfully kept a black wolf with my cichla for 3+ years.

Can be kept together. But will need a big tank. Cause most pbass get big and malas and larger wolves would be the only feasible options.

May need some dithers to spread out anticipated aggression.

As mentioned will be needing a large tank.
