What size tank do you need for them? Would should their diet consist of? How big can they get in an aquarium?

125 is perfect for an Orino, and avoid Tems....Perfect food>>>Hikari Cichlid Bio-Gold+

i fed mine raw talapia and raw shrimp but if you can get em converted to pellets that would be the way to go

A 180g is a min. size for even the smaller species like kelberi...Pellets, fish filets, and shrimp are good diets.

A 125 or larger would last you quite a while, if not their life depending on how many you have. I kept 2 ocells for a year and they were only up to 7 inches and grew slow after that

I agree that should be plenty for at least a couple years. This is similar to the saltwater discussions on tangs. It does depend on growth rate , but that also has a direct relation to how much n how often you feed. I believe that fish don't need fed every day or even everyother day. Twice a week is good, this means the growth is also slow
