Peacock bass collection point??

Hey guys, I have seen a lot of people talk about the collection point of peacock bass. I have done some searching to find out what it is but haven't came up with much. Can someone point me in the right direction to some info on this? Or share what they know about it? Thanks!
 
When you see people talking about a Tocantins Azul or Rio Araguaia Kelberi those are the collection points or the area that they were collected from.
 
Oh ok thanks guys! Can you look at a fish and tell where it came from? Or does it have to be known where it came from when it was bought?

With some fish from certain collection points they share a lot of similarities but its not 100% so its always best to know when you buy it.
 
I got my fish from a vendor on here. I was never told where they were from. But its no big deal I guess. I'm happy with my fish! I was just curious to what there collection point was. I can probably find out from the vendor.
