does anyone what i could feed my 3in temensis. i was told that they could get hole in the head from eating feeders all the time. ive tried cichlid pellets hikari gold but they spit them out.

mine ate market shrimp,pellets,worms .

Hole in the head may also come from poor water conditions not just feeders so you know and if hes trying to eat the pellets he will eventually, mine ate them. Try freeze dried krill mine love that.

for my pbass i went from blood worms to krill then pellets.

mine like bloodworms earthworms dried shrimp crickets sm mealworms and sinking conivior pellets
