At what age or size length are you able to tell the difference in peacock Bass fry?

I say around 2-3 inches you should have no problem.

Usually a bit bigger unless you have some of the more distinctive species. Its hard to tell the difference between monos and ocells until they are pretty decently sized. Even tems and kels are a little difficult if you don't know exactly what to look for.
