What is the average height of a peacock bass? What do you think the minimum water depth should be? I am asking this because I have a indoor pond which is 2 feet deep (.6 meters). I figured I will leave to 2 inches (2.5cm) of space between the water and the top of the pond. This leaves me with 18 inches (45.7cm) of water.

no it doesnt?

60cm take away 2.5 cm = 57.5cm

I'd say that is about the minimum personally

Yeah my metric conversions suck, but I tried. When ever people post in metrics I always have to convert it. So I figured i will help some people out. I guess I would of been better off just leaving in in inches.

If anyone has a large bass and can hold a ruler up to the tank and measure it's height I will appreciate it.

how big are these bass and what are the other dimensions of the pond? If it is 22" deep, I do not see a huge problem with it as long as the other dimensions are good. My 360 is only 96"l x 36"w x 24"h and when I mess around with the ball valves on the drains, the height of the tank water can be 22" - 23.75". Also my 7 larger bass are only 14-17" long, if or when they are 20"+ I will need a larger tank.

Not to derail but, You should do an update haven't seen your bass in a while.

It's 3 feet wide and 6 feet long. It's also made of marble if that matters. I also only got one bass so far, which is 3 inches. I was going to buy 5 or six young bass. Just what ever the pet store has in stock they are usually just labeled peacock bass or lukiweni.

There is also a closed behind it that I am going to remove and extend the pond. But I can't make it any higher.

snap a few photos! Your dimensions seem fine, better then what I see many people cramming fish into. However, peacock bass are known jumpers and will do so when spooked. Are you planning on covering the top of the pond or putting a makeshift wall around it so they cant jump out?
