Peacock bass help

hi, i wanna know why is there a slight dent in my peacock bass's head in the front right between its eyes. What is it! and is it a problem?! how to cure?!

can you guys see the dent in the head?its most visible in the last picture. I've never seen that dent before and i'm so worried right now. I've just change my tank water this afternoon, and they're eating too. The den is the thing i'm afraid of

I see the dent you are talking about. Its part of the skull structure.
