Step 1. Purchase a raincoat or waterproof poncho
I need a raincoat when I throw the food in at the top. I guess it depends on the bass. I know I could probably teach Luther to do it as he comes right up to me when I feed. They look for something to hit the water so you need to to pop it in quick and hold the food. Mine like freeze dried minnows so it should be easy.
My oscars needed no training. They jump out about 3 or 4 inches and rip the food from my fingers.
