peacock bass is acting strange

My pbass has recently been actiong strang. He is not eating, staying near bottom of the tank and not his normal (aggressive self)

Tank conditions

Ammonia 0ppm
ph 7.1
nitrite 0


Visually the fish seems scracted up and his fins are slit in some places
he has no color and is not eating


could it be a bateria

i added salt and rasied the temp to 84

I need help

how big is he? What size tank is he in and with what fish?

he is in a 125 he is 6 inches and is with a 10" marbled pim catfish
jack dempsey 6"
green terror 4"
and a 14" tiger oscar

None of the fish are bothering him
