I've just had a quick check through your posting history and all 23 of your posts have been regarding issues with your fish. Clearly something isn't right. I'm not about to go through all your threads to pick out "clues", it'll take far too long.
You can start by posting actual details of your tank, as in size, filtration, stock, feeding, maintenance schedule, and most important what are your actual parameters using a liquid test kit? I'm afraid "water quality is good" means diddly squat.
Post details regarding ALL the above issues i've mentioned, and that would be a good start for us to work on.
