Peacock bass w/testicle. Help!

I was giving myself my yearly testicle exam in the shower today so the thought of my testicles fresh on my mind. When I went into my fish room I noticed that Rocky to peacock bass also had a testicle however it was on his forehead? The veins on his head testicle really throw me for a loop. This fish is ruined to me now because I can't look at him with thinking about testees. Help!!

Ps. Will he grow another?
