my fingerling peacock bass is doing circles and floating upside down at times. noticed this when i turned the lights on this morning, about an hour ago so i dont know how long this has been going on. He gourged himself last night on rosy reds. could his swim bladder been affected by eating so much?

idk but he could of picked up something from the feeders.....

This is most likly being caused buy the pressure being excerted on the swimbladder and may resolve as the fish digests. I wouldn't allow them to feed to the point of being so engorged. You need to regulate there food intake. If the fish survives cut back on and eventually eliminate the feeders and convert to pellets, you must still feed in moderation.

If the fish will eat try feeding a couple of skinned green peas.

Green peas are a laxative it will help it go and relieve the pressure if that's what caused the problem.
