peacock bully question

i have a peacock im thinking its a hybrid it looks like a red shoulder but is more yellowish color than red. i have him in a 55g tank with 4 other fish 1 other fish same as him but small, 1 ruby red, 1 albino ruby, 1 yellow. i can float him in a net for a few days n let him go n hes right back at it, what can i do to stop it

well first a pic would help to identify it. but you can get some females for him if its not hybrid or maybe just some more males of the same size to help spread out the aggression. try creating a few different rock piles so each male can have its own territory. males tanks can be tricky for this reason.

You need more fish to spread the aggression out.

you can try rearranging the rocks in the tank? or add more fish. I used to have one peacock that i loved so much but he wouldn't bullying other fish in the tank and sometime he would kill new fish in tank no matter what i do i sold him then
