Peacock coloring and growth question

im about to get a 2" red jacob, and a 2" red empress and was wondering how long it would take these fish to grow and color up? They will be in a 55g tank with
1 dragon blood 6"
1 acei 6"
1 blue ob 4"
1 fire ob female 3 1/2"
1 blue dolpin 4"
1 sunshine 4"
1 gombie 2"
2 yellows 4 and 3"

The emp will out grow the tank quickly. I could not keep most of your stock list in a 120 past a year.
