just got a 5" peacock eel, wondering if any body has one and knows what they eat. thanx.

I have one at 7" and feed mine bloodworms and earthworms

can they eat a whole earth worm or do you cut it up?

I sqeeze out some of the poo in the worm's and wash them first.

Small peacocks like yours do better on smaller worms like sold as trout bait but if you use nightcrawlers you can cut them into 2" sections.

Cut the worm in to section so no chance of choking
