Peacock for 125

Just curious if their was any of the peacock bass species that could live in a 125. From what ive read the tank would be too small long term. Tanks is 6 feet x 18 inches x 23 tall. Thanks

For about a year any bass could live in your tank, other than the larger growing bass like Pinima and Temensis. Kelberi or Orino would be your best bet. Kelberi being the smallest, usually around 18" as adults, and Orino grow the slowest, but, they can get over 20". So really as far as a home for life, no pbass is suitable for a 125

Try and find an Iptanga Kelberi. When Jeff originally got these fish in he said they'd end up growing to 12-14". Not ideal to keep a 14" fish in a 125, but people do a lot worse.
