Peacock question

So I have a male sunburst and two females one is a ob I believe the other is just a plane dull silver color iv seen the male breed a couple times with both but I haven't seen anything produced. Just wondering what could be the problem they are in a 100 gal with other Africans but I got plenty of hiding spots that most of the bigger Africans can't fit in anything helps thanks!
