Why is it so hard to get peacock bass in the uk? Of a descent size i mean, only fish about seem to be 2" fish, that only feed on live or bloodworm and dont grow. Any help? cheers

I just sold six peacock bass that were 10-14" a few months ago. I bought them all small and raised them. If you can't do that keep your eyes open on aquarist classified. There has been a couple of large cichla on there.

Yeah raised a few, there great past 4" eat anything, jst that intial first few months, had a tememsis came from a german supplier and that was great each pellets and prawn, but typical you leaved the lid off for one night and it jumps out. doh! but yeah will do.
