pearl n gar

i'm getting a pearl arrow soon ,
and i was thinking about keeping a gar too .
then i thought , wth . why nt keep both .
is that possible ??

^^^ If it's a Jardini...I would forget about it. IMO they are way to aggressive to house with a gar. If it's an Asian...I can't be of much help as I have no first hand experience with them.

there's a chance if you get the jardini very small and the gar atleast twice the size of the jardini they could live together happily bit once the jar starts gain size on the jar all bets are off.

sorry I meant when the jar starts to gain size on the gar.jardinis will grow faster than most gars.
