well i just took my impeller out of my power filter to clean it. well i put it back in and not its making a noise. can anybody help

Check for debris to be on the impeller. Make sure it is clean on both parts. Only thing I can offer.
check the little bushings that hold the impeller around the metal shaft. i had my 200 start chattering, all i had to do was push the bushing down to keep the impeller from moving up/down on the shaft.
